Our Repair Process
Every repair begins with a complete inspection of the affected areas. We identify the full extent of corrosion and develop a repair plan based on the vehicle's condition.
Simply covering rust is never the answer. Every section of compromised metal is completely removed until only solid, structurally sound material remains.
Replacement panels are sourced from Original Equipment (OE) manufacturers, high-quality aftermarket suppliers, or custom fabricated in-house — whichever the job demands.
When replacement panels aren't available, we fabricate them ourselves using a CNC Plasma Cutting Table, a 120-Ton CNC Press Brake, and professional welding and metal finishing equipment.
Every repair is carefully welded, finished, and protected using premium rust prevention products to provide long-term protection against New England road salt and moisture.
